This is a simple and effective team building activity to help a new group get to know each other and at the same time, develop key communication skills.

The structured tasks encourage individuals to take an active role in this team building activity and to experience for themselves the benefits of good communication skills.

Understand the importance of speaking and listening skills.

◦ 2 copies of the ‘Question List’

◦ Pens

◦ A watch or timer

◦ Something to tell the 2 teams apart eg stickers or bands
